Purchasing Lead (Bilingual - English & Spanish) - Technology Products

A growing electronics distribution business is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join its purchasing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong product knowledge in tech items like smartphones, laptops, cameras, and streaming devices who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing purchasing operations, supplier coordination, and product sourcing.

Maintain strong understanding of electronics trends, specs, pricing, and availability.

Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and tea ---------- mbers in both English and Spanish.

Track inventory, follow up on orders, and help optimize product flow.

Enter and manage product data with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate:

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Friendly, proactive personality with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Strong memory and ability to retain product information (SKUs, specs, vendors).

Familiarity with technology products (phones, laptops, cameras, etc.) is a must.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.

Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, or tech sales is a plus.

Optional but Valuable:

Experience with inventory tools (QuickBooks, Smartsheet, Excel).
