This role involves administrative oversight, content creation, digital marketing support, and optional social media coordination. Organize and schedule Reels and carousel content using a planner
Add CTA links to IG bio / Linktree
Pull comments/DMs into a tracker for lead follow-ups
Set up ManyChat for auto DM's on Instagram
Respond to basic DMs/comments about registration, webinar access, and waitlist links
???? Webinar Management
Moderate all live webinars to ensure smooth run and links are triggered
?? Content & Asset Support
Repurpose webinar into content (quotes, clips, carousels)
Pull student wins/testimonials and format into IG or
Support with student questions inside the community
???? Program Maintenance
Monitor Kajabi analytics (module drop-off, video views, etc.)
Post weekly group call reminders inside the community
Upload call recordings + notes each week
Organize and tag content inside Kajabi / course backend

Manage
Send availability for collabs or podcast guesting
Prep calendar with launch cycles, group calls, and content drops
