JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation & Integration Specialist to support our marketing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience building automations, developing Python-based tools, and managing integrations across platforms like Zapier, HubSpot, and ClickUp.

You’ll work closely with our internal team to streamline processes, develop time-saving scripts, and maintain a well-oiled automation ecosystem that supports our growing client base.

Responsibilities:

Develop Python and Google App scripts and micro-apps to automate tasks, parse data, or build internal tooling.

Create and manage advanced workflows in Zapier, including error handling, multi-step logic, and custom code integrations.

Integrate and maintain data sync between HubSpot, ClickUp, and other key platforms via native integrations, APIs, or middleware.

Build and maintain dashboards, task creation automations, and reporting systems across ClickUp and HubSpot.

Troubleshoot broken zaps, script bugs, and integration issues in real time.

Document workflows, SOPs, and automation logic for team reference.

Proactively suggest improvements to our automation infrastructure and campaign processes.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience with Zapier, including paths, filters, code steps, and webhooks.

Proficient in Python, with experience building custom scripts to support automation or reporting workflows.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot and ClickUp, including automation, property creation, reporting, and task management.

Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks.

Ability to debug and resolve automation errors independently.

Comfortable working across multiple time zones and communicating via Slack, Loom, and ClickUp.
