Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Google Ads & Analytics
Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting using Google Tag Manager and other digital marketing tools.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising, data analysis, and online marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Google Ads Management:
o Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display Network, YouTube, and Shopping Ads.
o Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and bid strategy adjustments.
o Analyze campaign data to improve CTR, quality score, and conversion rates.
• Analytics & Tracking:
o Implement and maintain tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
o Develop custom dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio.
o Monitor traffic sources, user behavior, funnel performance, and conversion tracking.
• Campaign Strategy & Reporting:
o Collaborate with internal teams to align ad campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies.
o Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
o Analyze cost per click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Continuous Optimization:
o Keep up-to-date with changes in Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and industry benchmarks.
o Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and budget efficiency.
o Test and implement remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and digital campaign management.
• Proficiency in using Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
• Solid understanding of SEM, CPC bidding, ad extensions, and conversion tracking.
• Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification (preferred).
• Experience with landing page optimization and performance analysis.
• Strong skills in data interpretation, Excel, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads).
• Familiarity with SEO, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript basics for tag deployment.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, or
