???? Job Role:
As a Credit Card Repair Closer, your primary responsibility is to close leads who have already shown interest in credit repair services. You'll be engaging with warm leads, understanding their credit situation, explaining how our services work, and securing enrollments over the phone.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with leads: Engage with individuals who have expressed interest in credit repair services through online ads, phone calls, or referrals.
Assess clients' needs: Understand the customer's financial situation, focusing on credit card debts or poor credit scores.
Present solutions: Explain the services offered, how they can improve the client's credit score, and the benefits of the program.
Close the deal: Secure a commitment from the customer by signing them up for a credit repair plan or related services, finalizing the sale over the phone or online.
In essence, you’ll be a sales professional focused on converting interested individuals into paying customers for our credit repair services.
? Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or closing deals
Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American accent
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with outbound and inbound calls
Familiarity with the credit repair industry is a strong advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
Must have a stable internet connection, a noise-free work environment, and a working headset
