We’re looking for a full-time Cold Email Operator who knows how to: ? Warm up inboxes
? Write messages that get replies
? Build inbox-to-close systems

? And most importantly — GET CONTRACTS SIGNED

This is NOT for someone who just buys a list, writes one email, and crosses their fingers.
We want a strategist who understands deliverability, reply rates, domain rotation, audience targeting, and knows how to turn cold emails into clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building cold email campaigns from scratch (strategy ? copy ? send ? reply handling)

Managing warmup tools, inbox deliverability, and rotation

Creating reply follow-ups, auto-routing replies to pipelines (via GHL or similar)

Reporting results, testing angles, and optimizing open/reply/booking rates

Who You Are: ? Fluent in English (must write clear, persuasive emails)
? Experienced in cold email (not new to this — show results)
? Strategic thinker — you plan before you send
? Comfortable working in GHL, Instantly, Maildso, Lemwarm, Smartlead, etc.
? Can track, test, optimize, and prove your results
? Not afraid to own performance — we care about actual booked calls
