Dispatcher / Afterhours

We are a U.S.-based trucking company that provides full-service logistics solutions across North America. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for reliable and proactive individuals in the Philippines to join our team as Dispatchers and After-Hours Support Staff.

? Working Hours (Philippine Time):
We are hiring for two shifts:

Day Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM PHT (equivalent to 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST)

Night Shift (After-Hours): 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM PHT (equivalent to 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST)

???? This is a remote work-from-home position.

????? Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and track trucks throughout their routes using dispatch software

Coordinate loads between drivers, brokers, and clients

Communicate efficiently with U.S.-based drivers and tea ---------- mbers via phone, text, or email

Provide after-hours support for time-sensitive issues (especially during night shift)

Update load status and documentation in real-time

Handle basic problem-solving and escalate issues when needed

Ensure all tasks are logged and completed accurately

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Prior dispatch or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
