Real Estate Aquisition/Negotiator

Looking for someone to run comps, calculate repair costs, and be able to negotiate with sellers. Major requirements is being well spoken in English, previous experience in negotiating and real estate, and have experience calculating and running comps/arv/repair costs. If possible please provide work samples and live calls of deals that have been closed. Will talk more of the requirements in interview. Job post is at $8 dollars but we can discuss about commission of qualified for job.
