We're on a mission to create a truly seamless and supportive experience for our members, and that's where YOU come in! We're looking for a brilliant Automation Marketing Specialist to become a key Guardian of our digital infrastructure.

Your Quest, Should You Choose to Accept It:

You'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, weaving together the digital threads of our ecosystem. Your main quest will be to design, build, and manage the automations that make our member journey smooth, our marketing efficient, and our team operations joyful. This includes:

Becoming our Automation Architect: Designing and implementing intelligent workflows primarily using Integrately and Zapier.
Mastering the Message Flow: Setting up and managing sophisticated email marketing automations in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) – from welcome sequences to nurture campaigns and event reminders.
Orchestrating Our Data Hub: Creating and managing automations that interact with Airtable, ensuring our data flows where it needs to, cleanly and efficiently.
Crafting Custom Connections: This is where your coding sparks fly! You'll leverage your JavaScript skills, work with webhooks, and potentially dabble with APIs to create custom solutions when off-the-shelf connectors aren't enough.
Bridging the Gaps: Ensuring seamless data transfer between our various platforms (website, community platform, course platform, payment gateways, etc.).
Troubleshooting & Optimizing: Keeping a watchful eye on our automations, identifying and fixing any gremlins, and constantly looking for ways to make things run even better.
Documenting Your Magic: Creating clear documentation for the automations you build so the whole team can understand the flow.
Are You the Automation Guardian We Seek? You're a great fit if you:

Have proven experience building and managing automations with Integrately AND Zapier (please tell us about your favorite builds!).
Are a whiz with Brevo (or a similar powerful email marketing automation platform) and understand segmentation, tagging, and dynamic content.
Love Airtable and can make it do your bidding with automations and integrations.
Possess solid JavaScript skills specifically for creating custom automation scripts and handling data transformations.
Understand and have practical experience working with webhooks and APIs.
Are a natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail (you spot the missing link before anyone else!).
Are proactive, a great communicator, and love to learn new things.
Get genuinely excited by the idea of using your tech powers for a mission-driven, heart-centered project that helps people grow!
Bonus Guardian Points If You Have:

Experience with CRM systems.
Familiarity with online course platforms (like LearnWorlds) or community platforms (like Circle.so).
Experience with payment gateway automations (Stripe, PayPal).
A basic understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
