Hiring: Social Media Content Manager (Full-Time, Remote, Daytime Hours)

Shoutout Digital is looking for a Social Media Content Manager to join our growing team!

About the Role

As our Social Media Project Manager, you’ll be working closely with our Social Media Team to keep things running smoothly. Your main focus will be managing the flow of content creation and posting, making sure everything is aligned with timelines and nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing and monitoring the content production workflow in Notion
- Making sure all posts are created, edited, approved, and scheduled on time
- Following up with tea ---------- mbers to keep things moving
- Managing content assets (graphics and videos) in an organised system (Notion & Google Drive)
- Posting and scheduling content using Meta Business Suite and GoHighLevel (GHL)

You’ll be fully focused on this area — no content writing or editing needed, just strong coordination and project management.



Work Setup

• Full-time role
• Remote
• Flexible hours — we don’t require straight shifts, just be mindful of our business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT) as that’s when most of the team is active in case collaboration is needed.
• No night shifts required — we work in the same timezone as the Philippines ????



Requirements

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• Experienced with Notion, Meta Business Suite, and GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• A great communicator and team player
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently
