I need somone to help take some of my workload and automate some tasks for quick review. Assistance in process and procedure that will reduce time on routine tasks.

This is a remote, part-time role with long-term potential as we scale. * NDA -Non disclosure agreement requirement for confidentiality, Hippa compliant as we work with patient health notes.

???? Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Organizing Email
* Creating Chatgpt Prompts for review of Statistics
* Create, Formatting, updating, and organizing a Notion for my Chiro Biz
* Supporting GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, automations for new business segment we are developing
* AI support (ChatGPT prompt design, agent testing, AI-driven flows)
* Documenting systems + workflows clearly in SOPs and Notion
* (Bonus) Assisting with marketing & content creation in GHL once built

???? Ideal Traits:
* Fluent English (written + verbal)
* Highly organized and proactive
Strong experience automation, Notion, and GHL
Comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT, GPTs, Claude, etc.
Bonus: Content creation experience (graphics, emails, social posts, etc.)
