Hiring: Podcast + YouTube VA (Part-Time, Daytime, 100% Remote)

Virtual Colleague, under the Shoutout Digital Group, is looking for a Podcast + YouTube Virtual Assistant to support one of our inspiring clients — a Mindset Coach, Doctor, Speaker, and Podcast Host based in Victoria, Australia.

She works in the fields of Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Public Speaking, Change Management, and Leadership Development. Her growing YouTube channel is dedicated to helping professionals, especially doctors, become more effective leaders.



Role Overview:

• Position: Podcast + YouTube Virtual Assistant
• Work Hours: 10 hours per week (3–4 hours/day, Tuesdays to Thursdays)
• Time Zone: AEDT (Client is based in Australia)
That’s 1 PM – 4 PM PHT — no night shifts!
• Setup: Remote, flexible hours within the window above
• Tools Required: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva for thumbnails and graphics



Key Responsibilities:

• Edit podcast and YouTube video content
• Trim, clean up, and arrange raw footage based on recorded interviews or solo episodes
• Add basic graphics, transitions, and text overlays
• Export in the correct format for YouTube upload
• Assist in creating and managing email sequences for new podcast episodes or content drops



About You:

• You have experience editing long-form video content
• You’re comfortable working with Adobe Premiere Pro
• You understand pacing, flow, and storytelling for podcast-style videos
• You’re organised, self-managed, and meet deadlines without the need for micromanagement
• You enjoy supporting people with meaningful work
