Full-Time Data Gathering VA

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Gathering Virtual Assistant to join our e-commerce team. This role is pivotal in collecting and summarizing data from various platforms, helping our team make data-driven decisions to optimize performance across our stores.

As a Data Gathering Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:

-Data Collection: Pull relevant data from ad platforms, Shopify, Klaviyo, and bank dashboards to support business decisions.

-Data Organization: Group and format collected data into simple, easy-to-understand summaries for 3-6 stores, making it accessible for further analysis.

-Collaboration with AI: Use AI tools to assist in generating summaries, improving efficiency, and ensuring timely data reporting.

-Experimentation with Tools: Stay open to experimenting with new reporting tools to improve processes and enhance data gathering.


To succeed in this role, you will need:

-AI/GPT Fluency: Ability to work inside ChatGPT and use AI to speed up and streamline tasks, maximizing efficiency.

-Google Sheets Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, especially in cleaning, organizing, and processing data.

-Data Visualization Skills: Basic understanding or willingness to learn data visualization tools like Looker Studio to enhance reporting.

-Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Checkout Champ, or other e-commerce tools is a plus.

-Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across various platforms.

-Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize data into clear summaries and actionable insights.
