Exciting opportunity to work remotely with a Women Owned LLC in the USA to manage Product Content Data for Brands selling through Retail Channels, with a focus at this time for two of the largest Home Improvement retailers in the USA, in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a potential for increased hours, long term capacity and working with other Retailers in other Countries and their Platforms.
This role requires experience in IDM (Home Depot US) and IMA (Lowe’s US).
Responsibilities:
• Work directly in Home Depot US IDM and Lowe’s US IMA systems to set up new items and item maintenance
• Set up new items correctly, based on Fulfillment method by Retailer Requirements for Drop Ship or Multi-Channel, In-Store and Online
• Create Product Variations: Super SKUs for Home Depot US and Product Variant Selling for Lowe’s US
• Add Drop Ship inventory in Rithum for Brand selling Drop Ship to Home Depot until Brand’s EDI Feed takes over
• Conduct audits of existing Product Detail Pages (PDPs) compare to Brand’s Product Data in Excel for updates needed in IDM & IMA so that the correct product data, images, and digital assets will show online
• Ensure all product content is optimized for accuracy and for the customer shopping experience on
Nice to Have:
• Experience working in Solution Provider platforms, Salsify, Syndigo or 1WorldSync to publish and syndicate data to the Brand’s retailer networks, Amazon, Wal-Mart, Home Depot US, Home Depot Canada, Lowe’s US, Wayfair, etc.
• Familiarity with A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content practices for optimizing listings
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing supplier’s data in Home Depot US IDM and Lowe’s US IMA platforms
• Experience in Microsoft Excel managing large data files
• Experience in eCommerce
• Must have your own computer with Internet and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
