Virtual Assistant / Social Media Lead Generation Assistant whose English is EXCELLENT to manage Facebook (experience required)

For our online Healing & Coaching business ‘Soul Creations’, I am currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated part-time virtual assistant with a core focus of managing our Facebook Group and front end lead generation activities through my Facebook profile.

Soul Creations helps Soulpreneurs uplevel themselves and their business through energetic, mindset and identity shifting, so they can quantum leap into their next level income and impact without the hustle and burnout.

You will work closely with the founder to increase visibility, generate leads and drive revenue growth.

The tasks you will be completing daily & weekly:
- Add quality leads as Facebook Friends
- Send new Facebook Friends a personalized message
- Invite Facebook friends to our Facebook group
- Welcome new Facebook group members with a standard sequence
- Engage under posts & stories on Facebook (and Instagram)
- Schedule posts & stories
- Work with our CRM system in Trello to keep track of quality leads
- Share your End of the Day/Week report
- Supporting me and team members with administrative tasks (email management,
scheduling posts, one time events, other things that might come up)

In the future Project Management, Launch (Tech) Support can be added to streamline operations.

Hours:
This is a part time position with the potential to grow into a full time position. We start with a monthly trial period, divided into 2 parts:

- The first day you work 6 hours to get familiar with everything & ask questions fast
- The rest of the first 2 weeks you work 2 hours per day (10 per week)

My current timezone is CET (Netherlands). Your work hours during the trial period should be between 5PM - 01:00 AM. After the trial period you can also start earlier.

You’re the ideal person if you..
- Are EXCELLENT in English (spoken & written) and have great communication skills.
- Use direct, clear & precise communication - asking questions to verify & clarify
- Have great attention for detail & following instructions. 80% will be following instructions and 20% taking initiative to improve in your role (during the trial period it’s 100% following instructions)
- Enjoy spending time on your computer and on social media
- Are a fast typer and have fast internet connection
- Have experience as a virtual assistant and/or with lead generation tasks
- Enjoy working with targets to improve results
- Have a great interest in Marketing & Sales
- Handle feedback really well, seeing it as an opportunity for growth
- Have a background or interest in personal development, energy healing, coaching, mindset work)
- Are empathic and know that communication is key when approaching potential clients
- Humor ;)

Things I will hear from you when you’re doing a great job:
- “Today I accepted 2 new Facebook group members, sent welcome sequences to all 15 new members and sent out 100 follow up messages to re-activate conversations!”
- “I’m working on the new task you assigned to me and I’ve added print screens of the messages I’ve sent in this document. Can you please go over it and let me know if I’m doing it correctly or if I can improve something?”
- “Wow, amazing that we had more sales calls this month than last month! I can see that my improvements in adding more quality leads to the Facebook group and sending messages directly impacts the amount of calls being booked. It feels really good to be part of this team!”
- “I’ve been sending welcome messages to new Facebook friends and see a pattern in those who are qualified leads and what they show on their profiles.”

Pay for this position starts at $4 USD/hr and when the trial period is over this will be $5 USD/hr.
