We’re a fast-growing, technology company focused on providing IT solutions and services to schools and colleges across the U.S. Our sales team is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your Role:
You will support our sales reps by helping them stay organized, manage follow-ups, and ensure tasks don’t fall through the cracks. You don’t need to sell — you need to help the team stay ready to sell.
What You’ll Do:
Keep track of team tasks and priorities using tools like HubSpot
Monitor reps’ follow-up deadlines and help nudge them to take action
Organize and maintain shared files and sales documentation
Send reminders, follow-up templates, and progress reports and daily reports
Assist with preparing quotes, updating CRM records, or logging communications
Help schedule calls or Zoo
Check
Keep everyone focused and on-task — you're the accountability partner!
Ideal Candidate:
Extremely organized and loves checklists
Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot is a plus)
Strong written and spoken English
Proactive, dependable, and calm under pressure
Comfortable working US Eastern hours (or overlapping for at least 4 hours/day)
Bonus: experience supporting sales teams or doing light project management
