Role Overview:
The Lead Manager is responsible for managing inbound contacts from individuals seeking to sell their vacant land properties. This position combines elements of sales with real estate research. Key responsibilities include handling inbound leads following a sales process, appointment setting, investigating property characteristics using online tools, determining retail value of a property (we will teach you this), and providing status updates to sellers. You will receive training in the real estate aspects of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answer inbound calls from prospective sellers.
*Call prospective sellers to followup.
*Deliver difficult news when necessary (e.g., price adjustments or declined offers).
*Perform additional tasks as needed outside of acquisitions.
*Maintain accurate records and update sellers on the status of their properties.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable making calls and handling rejections.
Good internet connection capable of handling calls and video meetings.
A reliable computer for using mapping software and other necessary tools.
Work Hours:
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
US daytime hours (typically 8 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time, with some flexibility).
