Customer Support (E-commerce)

We are looking for a reliable and friendly customer service assistant for our online fashion store. You will be responsible for replying to customer inquiries via email, handling refunds/returns, and resolving basic issues.
You must be fluent in English and able to communicate professionally and clearly.
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a big plus.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Possibility to grow into more hours later
