About the Role:
We’re seeking a warm, organized, and tech-savvy Community Manager to help nurture and grow our online community. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, managing digital spaces, and making sure no message or member goes unnoticed.
You’ll help us connect with our clients inside Kajabi and WhatsApp, making sure they feel seen, supported, and part of something special.
Responsibilities:
Respond to member messages and comments in Kajabi and WhatsApp
Send reminders, updates, and check-ins to members
Track engagement and flag questions for the internal team
Manage member enrollments, welcome messages, and renewals
Report weekly insights and suggest ideas to increase participation
Support with occasional Zoom check-ins and community events
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English
Friendly and professional communication style
Experience with Kajabi and WhatsApp (or a quick learner!)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and mobile/desktop access to all platforms
Available for at least 4 hours/day during EST time zone
Bonus Points:
Experience managing communities or digital memberships
Familiarity with online coaching, courses, or PR/marketing industries
Canva or basic design experience for community visuals is a plus
