Are you a highly skilled and proactive GoHighLevel (GHL) expert seeking a stable, part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) remote opportunity that offers genuine ownership and flexibility? We're looking for a detail-oriented and autonomous GHL Specialist to take our client onboarding, automations, and systems to the next level. This position is open to talented professionals based in the Philippines.

You'll take ownership of refining client onboarding processes, setting up automations, and optimizing systems within our GHL account. Your expertise will directly enhance our client experience and operational efficiency by managing client sub-accounts, creating streamlined processes, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and refine client onboarding workflows and automations within GoHighLevel.
Create, manage, and optimize GHL snapshots for efficient client account setups.
Strategically design and implement automations, triggers, forms, pipelines, and integrations within GHL.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve GHL-related technical challenges for clients and our team.
Assist in building, refining, and documenting internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to GHL.
Contribute to optimizing sales funnels and client journeys within GHL to enhance conversion rates.
Collaborate with leadership to identify system improvements and streamline workflows.


Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 1 year of extensive, hands-on experience managing and building within GoHighLevel CRM.
Proven track record of creating and managing complex workflows, automations, triggers, and integrations in GHL.
Solid working knowledge of WordPress and familiarity with common marketing tool integrations (e.g., Zapier, API basics).
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, independent approach.
Demonstrated reliability, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities for system improvements.

Working Hours and Availability:

Part-time commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week.
Required overlap: You must be consistently available for a core block of 4 hours daily during UK business hours (e.g., between 9 AM – 5 PM GMT/BST) for check-ins and collaboration. Your specific schedule is negotiable.
You must be responsive and reachable via agreed communication channels during scheduled work times.

Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive monthly budget range of $600 USD for approximately 20 hours/week, with the final rate depending on your demonstrated expertise and experience. We believe in rewarding top talent.
