Virtual Assistant – LinkedIn Lead Generation for Financial Services (Part-Time)
Company Overview:
We are a Switzerland-based financial services firm helping professionals and business owners manage, protect, and grow their wealth. As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help us generate quality leads via LinkedIn and social media.
Job Description:
You will support our business by identifying, connecting with, and messaging potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms. We will provide you with clear messaging templates and targeting criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
• • Send daily connection requests and messages via LinkedIn
• • Follow up with leads using templates
• • Track all outreach and responses in a Google Sheet or CRM
• • Conduct basic prospect research (job title, company size, location, etc.)
• • Optional: Support light outreach on Facebook or Instagram
Requirements:
• • Fluent written English
• • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other LinkedIn tools
• • Detail-oriented and consistent
• • Good communication and can work independently
• • Basic Google Sheets/Excel skills
• • Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn automation tools like Dripify, Waalaxy, Expandi, or PhantomBuster
Working Hours:
• Flexible, but consistent (minimum 2 hours/day, 5 days/week)
• Must be responsive within Philippine business hours
• Part-time to start, with potential for full-time based on performance
Salary:
• Starting at $4–6/hour, depending on experience
• Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
• Bonuses for high performance
