We’re Ad-Lab — an elite e-commerce growth agency that scales DTC brands across Google, Meta, YouTube, and more. We’re on the lookout for a recruitment-focused VA to join us full-time and take over all hiring-related operations. You’ll play a key role in building our dream team by finding the best digital marketing talent out there.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and LOVES headhunting and outreach.
What You’ll Do:
???? Manage end-to-end recruitment:
- Post jobs on LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and other job boards
- Do cold outreach and headhunting (we’ll give you lead lists to start with!)
- Screen resumes and profiles to filter the best candidates
- Manage candidate databases and follow up with applicants
???? Go through our existing list of 500+ prospects
- Reach out on LinkedIn or via
- Message and pre-qualify them based on our criteria
- Update our tracking sheet with notes and progress
???? Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with internal team leads
???? Report weekly progress on all hiring activities
???? Be the voice of Ad-Lab’s culture when reaching out to top-tier talent
Requirements:
? Fluent in English (written + spoken)
? Full-time availability
? Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or executive VA roles
? Highly organized with good Excel/Google Sheets skills
? Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
? Comfortable messaging and speaking to people daily
? Fast learner and problem-solver
