The Role
We’re looking for a Cold Caller VA who excels on the phone, knows how to open doors, and is passionate about converting cold leads into live, qualified appointments. Your job is to book calendar appointments with BigLaw Partners and high-value candidates by calling warm and cold leads from curated lists, following scripts, and objection-handling with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to legal professionals—primarily BigLaw Partners—to pitch an introductory call with our lead recruiter.
• Use proven scripts and adapt dynamically to the conversation; handle objections with professionalism and confidence.
• Qualify prospects on basic criteria and book calendar appointments directly.
• Accurately log call notes and update CRM (Loxo) with lead status.
• Collaborate with our campaign and data team to prioritize daily call lists.
• Follow up on previous contacts with thoughtful persistence.
• Attend regular check-ins to align on messaging, scripts, and performance.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in a recruitment, sales, or appointment-setting role—ideally in legal, professional services, or executive search.
• Exceptional phone communication skills: clear, confident, and persuasive.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound dialing and working through call lists.
• Experience using CRMs and maintaining accurate records (Loxo, Bullhorn, Salesforce, etc.).
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Familiarity with legal/law firm landscape a plus but not essential.
