Digital Marketing Creator
Part Time, Remote

For this job, you will work for a small business with a team of 7 as the primary creator for all marketing content, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

The business's marketing direction and focus are clear. You will be the main person bringing those campaigns to fruition.

You’ll be working for a parenting coaching business dedicated to empowering parents of children ages 8-14.

As a vital member of the team, you will build online audiences and help make a real difference in the lives of families.



WHAT YOU’LL DO

- DRIVE SOCIAL GROWTH: Develop and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (IG, LI, FB, YT) to increase the social audience & engagement. This includes content creation, scheduling, community management, and analyzing metrics.

- CONTENT PLANNING: Enhance existing content map through research to identify optimal content topics and formats to effectively reach and engage the target audience.

- GRAPHIC DESIGN: Design marketing material and graphics in Canva that follow the brand’s detailed guidelines. Looking for someone with a keen eye for aesthetics and a solid understanding of layout design.

- EMAIL & SMS OUTREACH: Create, send, and track email and SMS/DM campaigns for existing audiences.

- ORGANIZATION: Meticulously maintains content library system & Zoho Social posting calendar.

- CAMPAIGN REPORTING: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and the impact on revenue.

- FACEBOOK ADS: Assisting in generating ad copy and creatives, running ads, and reporting and analyzing ad statistics to provide recommendations. Training will be provided. Currently, an ad agency is handling ads, which would like to move in-house within a year.

- CONTENT REPURPOSING: Transform long-form content into engaging written & visual content for social media and other marketing channels. Able to perform basic video tasks like adding thumbnails, trimming video, and removing filler words using Descript.



GROWTH POTENTIAL

- LEADERSHIP: As the role progresses, your role may evolve to delegate to other tea ---------- mbers or encompass additional oversight responsibilities.

- PODCAST PRODUCTION: Assist with podcast production, including tasks such as guest outreach, scheduling interviews, editing audio, and promoting episodes across social media platforms.



WHAT A TYPICAL DAY MAY LOOK LIKE

Each morning, you’ll review the project plan for your assigned activities. Based on your understanding of the core messaging, you’ll use our custom GPT bot to help you batch draft marketing content that fits one of 20 content buckets.

You jot down why you chose each angle, send that note and the draft to the Marketing Director for a quick thumbs?up. Once approved, you’ll finish the full piece for feedback and approval by the Marketing Director, and ultimately the business owner. Finally, approved social content gets scheduled so it publishes on time.

After content goes live, you keep an eye on engagement & metrics. For social media, you’ll do routine replies from a library of pre-written responses, and anything else you’ll flag for our client success teammate. Throughout the day, you ensure the content library is maintained and stay connected to the team.

In short: create content, revise until final approvals, schedule content, monitor social accounts, keep our content library updated, and stay connected.

BENEFITS

- HOURS: 20 hours per week. The exact number of hours may vary slightly from week to week.

- COMPENSATION: $4-5 USD/hour

- MEETINGS: There is a mandatory weekly all-staff meeting at 7:15 am Philippines Time on Tuesdays (Philippines time) and possibly additional meetings for collaboration throughout the week. During project cycles, there are daily status update meetings at 12 pm Philippines Time.

- ON CALL AVAILABILITY: You’ll be on call from 6 am-2 pm Philippines time. That doesn't mean you need to work during those hours, just available to respond to messages for real-time feedback.

- EDUCATION & TRAINING: The business owner is enrolled in the Prime Mover $10,000 coaching program with Russell Brunson, which you will be given access to for free. You will be learning alongside the owner and then executing in Clickfunnels. You will also have access to education from other paid coaching programs the business has purchased, including from Donald Miller, Russell Brunson, and Grace Lever. You will also be completing the core training programs offered by the business that the business’s clients go through, including a leadership development program ($8,000 value).
