???? ROLE: Executive VA – Outreach, Scheduling & CRM (Remote)
???? About You
You’re an independent operator who can speak confidently on the phone, keep CRM records clean, and book at least 5 qualified meetings per week. You’ll be supporting a founder/exec who works across govtech , community innovation, and soon, fintech SaaS.

???? Your Mission
Help drive real conversations with councils, partners, or prospects by:

Making cold/warm calls to decision-makers

Sending follow-ups & booking meetings directly into the calendar

Managing pipelines and activity in the CRM

Keeping the founder updated and ahead of schedule

???? Your Week Might Look Like:
Calling leads from a targeted list

Following up with event attendees or email responders

Booking meetings via phone, LinkedIn, or email

Writing notes in the CRM after each interaction

Creating a weekly status update with meetings booked + next steps

???? You’ll Crush This Role If You:
Speak English clearly and confidently (phone calls = daily)

Love outreach and aren’t afraid of a little rejection

Are organized and tech-comfortable (CRM, Google Calendar, LinkedIn)

Take initiative without waiting for micromanagement

Enjoy working across different sectors and learning fast

CRM (e.g. HubSpot or similar)

LinkedIn

Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar)

Calendly or similar
