Customer Success Virtual Assistant | Real Estate + Credit Repair (Full-Time | Remote)

Job Overview:
We're a US-based company looking for a Customer Success VA who’s sales-driven and experienced in real estate lending, mortgage, and credit repair.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

8AM–5PM EST (Philippine night shift)

Must use Hubstaff for time tracking


Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls

Follow up with leads and clients

Convert leads into customers

Use Realeflow (or similar platform) and GoHighLevel (GHL) daily

Manage client workflows and support onboarding


Qualifications:

3+ years experience in sales or customer service

Strong English communication skills

Confident phone presence and follow-up ability

Knowledge of Realeflow and GoHighLevel required

Self-starter with strong organizational skills

Real estate or credit repair experience
