About The Role
We are looking for an experienced personnel who knows the in and outs of Amazon USA to manage our Amazon account. Experience in PPC, ads, etc would be a bonus. You will be also managing our other platforms like Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok Shop. On top of that, you have to help to answer and manage customer queries. We are using a software with AI to help with customer queries. You have to embrace AI and be a self-starter to search for solutions.

You are passionate about skincare has great empathy and compassion. Struggling with acne is painful and we really care as a company and you need to exhibit the same level of passion and care to help customers resolve their skin issues.

This person we are looking for is a multi-tasker, driven and sets himself/herself to high standards and is willing to learn and has a positive attitude.

Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- Work from 9am –6pm Philippines time with an hour break from 1-2pm.
- Monitoring customer enquires to make sure queries are promptly answered.
- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Proficient in Amazon USA as priority. If you know how to manage Amazon USA, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop won't be an issue. We don't need you to research for products. Just manage our brand will do.
- Must be able to write and speak good English.
- University/college degree is an asset
- Previous experience or interest in beauty customer support industry, preferred

Salary :
- Php 25,000-35,000/mo with 2 months variable bonus based on KPIs.
- Medical Benefits and Personal Leaves included (I want to take care of you too. My staff first before customers)
- Salary will be based on years of skillsets and relevant experience.
