HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
Plan, design, and execute
Create, monitor, and optimize automated
Build and manage audience segments in Klaviyo, utilizing customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement data to deliver personalized communications effectively;
Analyze campaign performance by reviewing key metrics like open rates, CTR, and CVR, identifying opportunities for improvement, and reporting insights to the marketing team.
Collaborate closely with growth, design, and content teams to develop engaging, on-brand assets for
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines,
Develop and implement WhatsApp campaigns focused on direct, personalized customer interactions, enhancing the overall omnichannel experience.
WHO YOU ARE
You have a proven 3+ years of experience creating and optimizing
You have expert proficiency in Klaviyo, with hands-on experience in building automation workflows and detailed segmentation strategies.
You are familiar with tools like Yotpo Loyalty or equivalent platforms for managing loyalty programs and enhancing customer engagement.
You are able to craft compelling
You have a strong analytical mindset to interpret KPIs such as open rates, CTR, and CVR, and implement optimization strategies based on these insights.
You have a good understanding of visual
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first 30 days, you’ll get onboarded by diving deep into the brand, customer base, and retention goals.
By 60 days, you’ll implement quick-win optimizations, refine automation, and launch new campaigns, including SMS and WhatsApp.
In 90 days, you’ll be established as a key player in driving retention and engagement for the company.
