Role Overview:
We are seeking a disciplined, creative, and versatile Graphic Designer who deeply appreciates the nuances of design, particularly the golden ratio, and skillfully utilizes negative space to craft impactful visuals. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll primarily focus on creating compelling marketing visuals while collaborating closely with our marketing, UI/UX, and product teams. Although marketing graphics will be your main focus, you'll occasionally contribute to UI/UX and product design projects.

What You'll Do:

- Maintain and evolve brand assets, including rebranding activities, to ensure visual consistency across all channels

- Produce professional documents and templates such as pitch decks, and infographics

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, UI/UX, and product teams to support diverse creative initiatives

- Occasionally assist with UI/UX and product design to enhance user experience and interface

- Create dynamic visuals for product launches, announcements, events, and promotional activities

Who You Are:

- Possess at least 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in tech, startup, or Web3 environments

- Have strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Showcase a portfolio that highlights impactful and versatile visual designs

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, layout design, and the golden ratio

- Exhibit discipline and the capability to work independently, yet confidently communicate and voice ideas when necessary

- Excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity or interest in UI/UX design, including experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe ????

- Basic understanding of responsive design and user experience principles

- Interest or previous experience within the Web3 or blockchain industry
