This role is perfect for someone with strong negotiation skills who can handle direct inquiries from lead forms and referrals, converting them into paying clients. You'll be selling high-ticket marketing services to interior designers and architects who want to elevate their online presence and attract premium clients.

What You'll Be Doing
- Direct Sales Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from lead forms and referrals
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up with and develop relationships with prospects from direct channels
- Value Proposition: Present our services in a way that clearly demonstrates value and ROI
- Objection Handling: Navigate objections skillfully and close deals effectively
- Process Adherence: Follow our established direct sales process (full training provided)
- Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client

Work Environment
- 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in the Philippines
- Flexible Hours: No fixed schedule, but you must be available during Singapore business hours when needed
- Communication Tools: Primary platforms include WhatsApp, Slack, and video conferencing tools
- Team Structure: You'll report directly to the Sales Manager while working independently with leads


Requirements

Essential Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to frame offerings in terms of value and outcomes
- Self-Motivation: Strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets without direct supervision
- Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Organization: Systematic approach to managing multiple leads at different stages
- Resilience: Positive attitude when facing rejection and challenges
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and digital communication platforms

Nice to Have
- Previous Sales Experience: Experience in direct sales or closing roles
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with customer relationship management software
- Industry Experience: Background in marketing services or working with design professionals
- Consultative Selling: Experience with consultative selling approaches

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary:
- Probation (First 3 months): SGD 500 (approximately PHP 20,000)
- Post-Probation: SGD 1,000 (approximately PHP 40,000)
- 1-2 Years: SGD 1,500 (approximately PHP 60,000)
- 2+ Years: Annual increments as per company policy

Commission Structure:
Commission is based on total lifetime sales generated per client:
- Up to SGD 15,000: No commission
- SGD 15,001 - 30,000: 3% commission
- SGD 30,001 - 60,000: 7% commission
- SGD 60, ---------- ,000: 9% commission
- SGD 100, ---------- ,000: 11% commission
- SGD 150, ---------- ,000: 13% commission
- Above SGD 200,000: 15% commission

Commission Reset Period: Bi-Annually
Payment Terms: All commissions and salary paid at the end of each month
Performance Assessment: Conducted at the end of each month
