What You'll Be Doing
- Email Campaign Development: Create targeted email outreach campaigns for design professionals
- Persuasive Copywriting: Craft compelling, value-driven email copy that achieves high open and response rates
- Follow-up Sequences: Develop systematic follow-up sequences that nurture prospects over time
- Testing & Optimization: A/B test different approaches, subject lines, and content hooks
- Process Adherence: Follow our established email outreach process (full training provided)
- Coordination: Work with the direct sales team to ensure smooth handoff of responsive leads

Work Environment
- 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in the Philippines
- Flexible Hours: No fixed schedule, but you must be available during Singapore business hours when needed
- Communication Tools: Primary platforms include WhatsApp, Slack, and email marketing tools
- Team Structure: You'll report directly to the Sales Manager while working independently on campaigns


Requirements

Essential Qualifications
- Writing Excellence: Exceptional written communication skills with ability to craft compelling copy
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal English communication for team collaboration
- Self-Motivation: Strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets without direct supervision
- Organization: Systematic approach to managing multiple campaigns and follow-ups
- Creativity: Ability to develop fresh approaches that capture attention in crowded inboxes

- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital communication tools

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary:
- Probation (First 3 months): SGD 500 (approximately PHP 20,000)
- Post-Probation: SGD 1,000 (approximately PHP 40,000)
- 1-2 Years: SGD 1,500 (approximately PHP 60,000)
- 2+ Years: Annual increments as per company policy

Commission Structure:
Commission is based on total lifetime sales generated per client:
- Up to SGD 15,000: No commission
- SGD 15,001 - 30,000: 3% commission
- SGD 30,001 - 60,000: 7% commission
- SGD 60, ---------- ,000: 9% commission
- SGD 100, ---------- ,000: 11% commission
- SGD 150, ---------- ,000: 13% commission
- Above SGD 200,000: 15% commission

Commission Reset Period: Bi-Annually
Payment Terms: All commissions and salary paid at the end of each month
Performance Assessment: Conducted at the end of each month
