???? About the Role:
We’re hiring a full-time Executive Virtual Assistant (EVA) to support the CEO of Select Auto Parts & Sales, Inc., a fast-growing auto recycling and used parts company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are one of the only indoor auto parts recyclers in the region and are proudly Black woman-owned, community-driven, and committed to sustainability and workforce development.
This is a strategic, high-level position supporting a CEO who leads with purpose. You’ll help manage the day-to-day, assist with light marketing, implement simple workflows, and bring structure to our growing operation.
You must be available to work U.S. Central Time (CST), Monday–Friday, with at least 6 hours of daily overlap.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
• Manage inbox: prioritize, respond, and escalate important items
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and reminders
• Prepare SOPs, meeting notes, reports, and proposals
• Attend tea
• Handle confidential tasks and decision-making support
Operational Support
• Track tasks using Asana or ClickUp
• Organize documentation, update spreadsheets, follow up with team
• Enter transactions and maintain records in QuickBooks (basic bookkeeping tasks)
• Assist in preparing documentation for grant and government contract applications
• Support with online listings (Craigslist,
CRM & Lead Management
• Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to tag leads, build simple workflows, and trigger follow-ups
• Update contacts, assist with basic funnel maintenance, and monitor performance
• Respond to auto parts and junk car inquiries using existing templates and SOPs
Light Marketing Assistance
• Post on Instagram and TikTok using provided content or direction
• Repurpose video clips into Reels/Shorts
• Send basic follow-up or thank-you
• Track Google reviews and help request new ones from happy customers

• Full-time: 35–40 hours/week
• Schedule: Must overlap 6+ hours/day with CST (U.S. Central Time)
• Pay: $7–$9 USD/hour depending on experience
• Paid weekly via PayPal
• Performance-based bonuses
