Are you the rare hybrid who can write like a top 1% copywriter and think like a high-performing creative strategist?
Do you know what stops the scroll, hooks attention, and makes people click and buy?
We’re looking for an A-player to join our fast-scaling DTC brand as a Creative & Ad Copy Designer – someone who lives and breathes performance, aesthetics, and emotion-driven storytelling.

???? What You'll Do:
Create scroll-stopping Meta ads: Static, carousels, UGC-style, and motion graphics.

Write persuasive, pain-point-focused ad copy: You’ll master our customer avatar and write in our best-performing formats.

Work directly with our media buyer and founders to test & iterate creative angles.

Analyse performance data and continuously optimize copy + creatives based on real metrics.

Contribute ideas during brainstorming and always push for higher CTRs, CVRs, and ROAS.

? You Are:
A creative with a proven track record in Meta ad performance

Obsessed with human psychology, emotional copy, and conversion

Experienced in DTC/eCommerce, especially for products targeting 40+ women (a plus!)

Confident in Figma, Canva or Adobe + familiar with ad specs & trends

Comfortable writing in native-level English, across various tones (empathy, urgency, authority)

Hungry to grow, learn, and dominate KPIs

A team player who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

? Bonus If You:
Have experience in fashion, wellness or orthopedic niches

Know what makes creatives convert in warm-up phase vs. scale phase

Can storyboard UGC or direct VAs for simple editing
