JOB OVERVIEW

Role:
We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Facebook Ads Launcher. This role is purely focused on the accurate and efficient execution of launching Facebook (Meta) ads according to our established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Training will be provided and you are not responsible for strategy, creative development, managing or scaling campaigns. But you are critical in ensuring our ads go live on time flawlessly, adhering strictly to our specific naming conventions, setup processes, and tracking requirements. This job will start as a part time job with the potential of becoming a full time job.

Key Responsibilities:

Precise Campaign Setup: Accurately set up new Facebook ad campaigns by duplicating existing structures or building from scratch based on clear instructions. All ads MUST be published on time based on the given time period.

Strict Adherence to Naming Conventions: Implement our detailed naming conventions for Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads without deviation.

Configuration Accuracy: Configure all levels (Campaign, Ad Set, Ad) precisely according to instructions, including (Campaign Objective, Budget Allocation & Bid Strategy, Targeting parameters, and Placement settings).

Creative & Metadata Management: Critically Important - Remove metadata from all image and video creatives before uploading to Ads Manager using our specified tool/process. Upload the correct, cleaned image and video creatives to the corresponding ads. Select appropriate video thumbnails when required.

Post ID Implementation: Utilize the "Use Existing Post" option and correctly input Post IDs when provided, to maintain social proof.

Settings Management: Carefully review and disable specific Facebook auto-optimizations/enhancements as per our SOPs.

Tracking Implementation: Add provided UTM parameters to ad URLs accurately.

Quality Assurance: Meticulously double-check all settings, naming conventions, creatives, and tracking parameters before final review and publishing.

Workflow & Communication: Follow established workflows and communicate clearly with the ads strategist/manager regarding campaign readiness and any potential issues encountered during setup.

Who We're Looking For:

Proven Facebook Ads Execution Experience: Demonstrable experience specifically launching campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager is essential. You know the platform inside-out from an execution standpoint.

Extreme Attention to Detail: This is paramount. You must be meticulous, accurate, and methodical. Errors in naming or setup are not acceptable.

Process-Driven & Follows Instructions: You excel at following detailed SOPs precisely without deviation.

Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple campaign launches simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization within Ads Manager.

Experience with Naming Conventions: Comfortable working with and strictly adhering to complex/specific naming structures.

Metadata Removal Proficiency: You understand the importance of removing metadata from creative files before uploading to Facebook Ads.

Post ID Experience: Understands how and why to use existing posts via Post ID in Facebook Ads.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the Facebook Ads Manager interface required for campaign launching.

Reliable & Accountable: You take ownership of your tasks and ensure they are completed correctly and on time.

Clear Communicator: Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.

Compensation: $4 USD per hour.

Part Time: 20-40 hours per week.
