Onsite Training Australia is on a mission to empower 25,000 students annually by 2030—and we need a strategic Marketing Manager to lead the charge.
We’re looking for a proven team leader to take ownership of our Marketing Plan, Projects, and Paid Campaigns across social, search, and automation.
???? You MUST bring:
Hands-on Paid Social Media expertise (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
Experience leading and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Confidence managing multiple projects with precision and ROI focus.
Strong leadership—this role is for doers who can lead teams, not just freelancers.
???? You’ll be responsible for:
Owning and executing the marketing strategy.
Managing paid ad funnels, automation, and campaign reporting.
Leading content, creatives, external vendors, and project timelines.
Reporting to the CEO and helping shape national visibility.
