The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who’s ready to transition from the multi-client agency world into a role where you can focus, go deep, and see the impact of your strategies. You'll work across a suite of aligned brands, collaborating closely with content, design, and leadership to build and optimize performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads
Work with the content and creative team to improve ad quality and asset effectiveness—your feedback will guide direction.
Translate performance data into clear actions to improve CTR, CPL, and ROI.
Drive testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative variants, landing page performance).
Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Ideal Candidate
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or any related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in paid advertising (agency or in-house).
Strong analytical mindset—you turn metrics into decisions.
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and performance reporting tools.
Team player who enjoys collaborating with creatives, designers, and leadership.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
