Front-End Web Developer (WordPress & Elementor Specialist)

We’re looking for a developer who can do more than just build with drag-and-drop tools. If you're someone who thrives on solving problems with clean, custom code—and you know WordPress and Elementor inside out—this could be the right fit for you.

If you're not confident in your coding ability, this role likely isn’t for you.

Required Technical Skills

You must have strong, demonstrable experience in the following areas:

- HTML and CSS
- JavaScript and jQuery
- PHP and AJAX
- WordPress hooks and filters
- Custom post types and custom queries
- Elementor customisation beyond pre-built widgets and settings
- Writing custom code to extend Elementor functionality
- Minimum Experience Required

WordPress: 5 years (required)
Elementor: 5 years (required)
AJAX: 3 years (required)

Application Process:

Step 1: Skills Assessment and Personality Test
- You’ll complete a DISC personality test and a short page-building task using Elementor.

It’s not about perfection. We just want a clear picture of your approach, your code, and your familiarity with the platform. We recommend spending no more than 4 hours on it.

Step 2: Interview via Teams
If your initial work aligns with what we’re after, we’ll invite you to a live interview with our CEO and dev team. Expect:

A code snippet review—3 or 4 small examples we’ll ask you to explain.
(If you can’t clearly communicate your logic, we’ll pause the process there.)
