We’re looking for someone who knows that a good ad is not about transitions — it’s about the hook, the scroll-stop, the emotional trigger.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

A video editor with conversion in mind
Someone who understands the full funnel: hook > build trust > CTA
An execution machine who works fast and smart

YOUR SKILLS MUST INCLUDE:

Video Editing:
Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci, or any advanced tool
Creating short-form ads that convert — not just pretty transitions
AI Tools (hands-on, not theory):
Runway – visual hooks, green screen AI, surreal effects
ElevenLabs – voice cloning for human-sounding voiceovers
HeyGen – avatar-based video spokespersons
Kling AI – shock-visuals, pattern-interrupt sequences
InVideo.ai / Pictory – fast generation of idea variations
---------- – ideation, market validation
ChatGPT / Claude – for scripting, angles, pain points, hooks

Performance Creative:

UGC (user generated content) editing and structuring
Hook testing: visual + script-based
Strong understanding of ad fatigue, CTR%, CPAs, break-even ROAS
Launching 10–15 variants per day

YOUR DAILY WORKFLOW:

Take 1 raw video (UGC / testimonial / demo)
Generate 3–5 hooks with ChatGPT/Claude
Produce 10–15 high-converting variants (ratio, caption, sound, hooks)
Run HeyGen/Runway if avatars or surreal content needed
