We're looking for a Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment to support our growing national client base in mining, construction, rail and more.
This role is perfect for someone who loves organising, communicating, and keeping things on track. You'll play a key role in ensuring our sales and service delivery teams are running like clockwork—and you'll build amazing relationships while you're at it.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the go-to person for clients—keeping them informed, updated and confident in our service
Effectively conduct follow-up communication
Keep our CRM (Zoho) tidy and up-to-date with all client interactions
Support the Sales Manager with reporting and planning
Collaborate across marketing, training and ops to deliver an exceptional client experience
You’ll Succeed If You Have:
2+ years’ experience in a sales admin, coordinator or support role
Strong communication and organisation skills
Confidence with CRMs and Microsoft Office (or G Suite)
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Experience in training, education or professional services (bonus!)
