What You’ll Do:
You’ll work within our Business Operations (BOPS) team to:
-Own, manage, and maintain the master KPI spreadsheet across the business
-Build and troubleshoot advanced formulas (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, XLOOKUP, etc.)
-Ensure KPI data across teams is updated and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly
-Automate data collection processes to reduce manual input
-Conduct audits to catch formula errors and fix discrepancies proactively
-Design dashboards and summaries to support leadership decision-making
-Collaborate with team leads to adjust metrics and update sheets as needed
-Document formula logic and sheet systems to ensure transparency and easy handover
-Provide ad hoc reporting and support to other teams as required

Must-Have Skills:
-Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
-Strong experience with formula building, data linking, and large dataset management
-Proactive and independent — you love to spot issues before they arise
-Highly detail-oriented and analytical
-Clear communicator with great documentation skills
-Comfortable working independently and asynchronously with regular updates
-Bonus if you’ve used Zapier or have experience supporting operations/sales teams
-Extra points for knowledge of KPI frameworks, dashboard design, or data integrity best practices
