We’re a digital consultancy based in Europe helping eCommerce and B2B brands grow through SEO, content, and data-driven strategy. We’re looking for a **part-time long-term team member** to support us with structured SEO audits, project coordination, and Notion workspace management.

Role Overview

SEO Audit Responsibilities:
- Use Screaming Frog to crawl websites
- Identify SEO issues: canonicals, hreflang, internal linking, mobile usability, etc.
- Fill in our Google Sheets SEO audit template (one tab per issue, with overview)
- Prioritize issues by impact and effort
- Provide clear, actionable suggestions per issue

Project Support / Notion & VA Tasks:
- Maintain and manage SEO projects in Notion (must be fluent in databases, relations, filtered views, templates)
- Follow up on SEO implementation tasks and checklists
- Track deadlines and maintain dashboards
- Upload content in CMS (WordPress or Shopify)
- Coordinate with freelancers (status updates, reminders)

Requirements:
- ? Strong experience with screaming Frog (you will be tested)
- ? Fluent in English writing
- ? Excellent with Google Sheets (using structured templates)
- ? Advanced Notion user (you will be tested)
- ? Proactive, highly organized, independent

Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience with Google Search Console (GSC)
- Familiarity with Shopify or WordPress CMS
- Basic understanding of Looker Studio or SEO reporting

Work Setup:
- Part-time: 5–10 hours/week depends on performance this can increase.
- Fully remote
- Flexible working hours
- Async communication — no need to be online all the time

Compensation:
- $3.00 – $10.00/hour based on experience
- $100– $200/month depending on availability
- Long-term engagement with opportunity to grow (more hours, leadership, training access)
