AI Automation + Tech VA

This role is mission-critical: you’ll be responsible for setting up automations that power our business across CRM, lead generation, client onboarding, social media, and internal workflows. You’ll help scale lead flows, improve response time, and reduce manual effort across the board.

Key Responsibilities

???? Automation Building
• Build end-to-end automations in GoHighLevel, Zapier, ----------
• Connect and sync tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Calendly, Stripe, and Airtable
• Monitor and debug automations as needed
• Create conditional logic flows (e.g., “If no reply in 3 days ? Send SMS ? Notify team”)

???? AI Workflow Implementation
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, HeyGen, Synthesia
• Automate lead scoring, content generation, email writing, and client audits
• Generate AI-driven reports, video messages, or onboarding sequences

???? Tech Stack Management
• Help structure and maintain Notion dashboards
• Maintain automation logs, error handling, and SOPs
• Build form ? CRM ? automation chains (e.g., booking form ? GHL ? onboarding email ? contract)

???? Internal & Client System Optimization
• Help streamline internal ops (e.g. assign tasks via automation)
• Assist in building white-labeled automation systems for client delivery
• Create sharable GHL snapshots/templates

Ideal Candidate Traits
• ? Experience with GHL, Zapier, ----------
• ? Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, Calendly, Stripe
• ? Comfortable building and debugging logical flows
• ? Understands how to automate outreach, follow-ups, and onboarding
