Position: Amazon Reviews & Community Outreach Specialist
We're looking for a results-driven specialist to lead review generation and community engagement, while also handling customer service via email. You'll manage outreach campaigns, reviewer relationships, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.

Key Responsibilities

Source and manage product reviewers

Run outreach and email campaigns to gather Amazon reviews ethically

Build and engage a reviewer community with incentives and updates

Use tools like GoHighLevel (or similar) for CRM and automation

Monitor review volume, sentiment, and engagement KPIs

Respond to customer emails and resolve issues professionally

Ensure all activities align with Amazon’s review policies

Requirements

Proven success with Amazon review strategies or communities

Experience with email tools (GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)

Strong communication and copywriting skills

Knowledge of Amazon guidelines

Self-starter with excellent time management

Bonus: Experience with Seller Central, loyalty platforms, or eCommerce
