Instagram/TikTok Video editor

Hi, I’m looking for Instagram Reels/TikTok videos editor, who has a great understanding of engaging short-form editing, social media trends, and visual aesthetics. You will be creating 30-60 short videos (from 2 to 180 seconds long) per month. Most of the videos have the same lighting setup, so you can use some of my CapCut templates for coloring and format. I will also provide visual references for the videos. This will be a long-term project.
Here is a list of what I am looking for:
1. Great experience in editing short-form social media content (Capcut would be ideal).
2. Understanding social media trends, story-telling, viral editing techniques, engagement, pacing, and visual rhythm.

4. Advanced editing techniques, great eye for design, ability to deliver visually consistent product.
5. Experience working with 4K Iphone RAW files (they are large in size).
6. Highly-organized self-starter with great creative capacity.
