Job Description for Etsy Shop and Dropshipping Virtual Assistant:

Position: Virtual Assistant for Etsy Shop and Dropshipping E-commerce Store

Responsibilities:
• Etsy Shop Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including writing compelling product descriptions, optimizing for SEO, and ensuring high-quality images.
• Dropshipping Store Management: Manage product listings, track inventory, and oversee order fulfillment.
• Product Research: Identify trending products and new opportunities for both the Etsy shop and the dropshipping store.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute creative ad campaigns for social media platforms to drive traffic and sales.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Social Media Management: Create and schedule social media posts, manage engagement, and analyze performance metrics.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing Etsy shops and/or dropshipping stores.
• Proficiency in product research tools and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, & TikTok).
• Previous experience using e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and customer service best practices.
