This is a hybrid, mission-critical role focused on helping you stay consistent across content, client communication, and automations. You’ll help build structure, take repetitive tasks off the plate, and become a key part of the day-to-day execution engine.
What You’ll Be Doing
???? Content + Brand Consistency
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn (using Publer, GHL, or Metricool)
• Repurpose podcast episodes into Reels, Shorts, carousels (via CapCut, Opus Clip, Canva templates)
• Write basic captions and hashtags (with help from AI or frameworks)
???? Client & Studio Operations
• Send contracts and onboarding
• Maintain GHL pipelines and tag automation (we’ll provide training)
• Monitor inquiries via DMs, forms, or
?? Light Tech & Automation Tasks
• Update Notion dashboards for SOPs, content calendars, and CRM info
• Set up basic automations inside GHL or connect workflows via Zapier/Make (we’ll train where needed)

• Past work with creative entrepreneurs or agencies
