SOCIAL MEDIA ROCKSTAR - START IMMEDIATELY! (Must be experienced).

We don’t just sell homes—we build legacies. As our real estate empire continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven, reliable, and talented social media ROCKSTAR to join us!

**ROLE**
- Manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp
- Create/edit short form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Create/edit long form videos (Podcast, YouTube)
- Schedule posts and engage with followers
- Track KPIs and refine content
- Collaborate with executive team on brand vision

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent English, strong writing
- Expert short form video editing
- Creative instincts, organized, self starter
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, HeyGen, Creator Studios, Buffer/Later or similar tools
- (Bonus) Experience in real estate/education brands

**DETAILS**
- Part-Time / 20 hours per week (optional overtime available)
- Mon–Fri (10:00AM–2:00PM EST, hours are flexible)
- $5.00/hour + performance bonuses
- Health insurance & 2 weeks PTO after 90 days
