JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing creative business hub based in Chicago, operating multiple brands across content creation, marketing, real estate media, and luxury event services. We produce podcasts, manage social channels, build websites, and help entrepreneurs bring their vision to life. We’re looking for a talented, reliable Virtual Assistant who is highly organized, creative, and proactive.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Content Repurposing & Scheduling
• Cut your podcasts and vlogs into reels (use Opus Clip, CapCut, Munch)
• Design carousels and thumbnails in Canva
• Write captions using ChatGPT
• Schedule posts (Publer, Metricool, GHL Social Planner)
2. Admin Support
• Send contracts (via GHL or Adobe Sign)
• Follow-up with leads (via email, SMS, GHL automations)
• Onboard clients: welcome emails, reminders, link setup
3. Basic Sales Outreach
• DM/Email leads (using your templates + CRM tracking)
• Qualify leads and tag in GoHighLevel
• Book calls into your calendar (Calendly/GHL)

Bonus Skills (Trainable with SOPs)
• Can use AI to write and improve post copy
• Comfortable using Notion to track ideas & tasks
• Basic GHL form or landing page edits
• Knows how to use templates in Canva and edit reels in CapCut

Profile to Look For:
• Good written English (for captions + messages)
• Creative with content, but structured enough to follow systems
• Familiar with social media, Canva, video editing tools
• Willing to learn your systems (GHL, Adobe, Notion)

Bonus Points If You Know:
• GoHighLevel CRM
• Notion or ClickUp
• Basic video editing tools (CapCut, Opus Clip, Descript)
• ChatGPT or AI tools for content writing
