Publishing Assistant – Help Bring Transformational Books to Life

Now, we’re looking for a Book Publishing Assistant to help us bring these resources into more hands and hearts.

???? What You’ll Do
As a Book Publishing Assistant, you’ll support a wide range of tasks involved in independent publishing and wellness-focused marketing:

- **Manage Publishing Tasks:**
- Upload and manage books on platforms like **Amazon KDP**, **IngramSpark**, and other distributors
- Coordinate timelines, ISBNs, and metadata for new and existing titles

- **Marketing & Promotion:**
- Support **Amazon Ads**, **Facebook/Instagram Ads**, and email campaigns
- Assist with **SEO optimization** for author website, blog, and book listings
- Track performance data and help strategize improvements

- **Content & Admin Support:**
- Maintain spreadsheets, calendars, and digital assets
- Format promotional materials (Canva, Google Docs, etc.)
- Proofreading, copyediting, or formatting for eBooks and workbooks
