We are a fast-growing apparel and merchandise company looking for a talented Graphic Designer who understands both creativity and production. You must be detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in designing for print—especially for screen printing, DTF, and DTG processes.
If you're a pro at color separations, confident in Adobe Suite, and thrive in a fast-paced creative workflow, this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic team.
? What You’ll Do:
Create designs for apparel including t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more
Design business logos, flyers, and event branding materials
Perform accurate color separations for silk screen printing
Prep print-ready files for DTF and DTG workflows
Make revisions and communicate effectively with production staff
Occasionally create mockups and visual presentations
???? You Should Have:
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledge of print production specs for screen printing
Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
Experience preparing files for print on garments
A portfolio that shows both creativity and practical production design
???? Preferred (but not required):
Experience working for a print shop or apparel company
Familiarity with CorelDRAW or RIP software for separations
Understanding of print positioning and garment templates
